Most scan tool companies see 15–25% of units come back. Ours is 3%. We'd rather you test the scanner properly on your own vehicle than spend hundreds of dollars wondering whether you made a mistake.

Yes, you can open it and use it

Plug it into your car. Run a full system scan. Try the bi-directional tests, the service resets, the live data. That's the entire point — you can't know if a scanner suits you without using it.

To qualify for a full refund it just needs to come back in original condition (not severely damaged) and complete: the tablet, VCI adapter, all charging and connection accessories, and the original hard case.

You get a full 31 days

The clock starts the day your scanner is delivered and stops the day you drop it off at the post office. Transit time in either direction doesn't count against you.

So 31 days means 31 days with the tool actually in your hands.

We email you a prepaid return label.
Free for US returns. Nothing comes out of your refund.

Pack it in the original case and drop it off.
Try to get it moving within about a week of receiving your label. If life gets in the way, just tell us — we're not going to void your return over a few days.

We refund you.
Once it arrives in Baltimore and passes a quick check, we issue your refund within 24 hours to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes 2–3 business days to post it. We'll confirm the moment it leaves our end.

How fast we ship

We ship every business day from our own warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland. Order before 2 PM Eastern and it goes out the same day.

Most US orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days. In rare cases — remote addresses, carrier delays — it can take up to 5.

US shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold.

Returns and warranty 

The 31-day return is for any reason at all, including simply changing your mind.

Your 1-year warranty covers defects, and it doesn't expire when the return window closes. If something fails in month six, call us — we'll repair or replace it.

The only two exceptions

Repeat returns of the same product Your first return is always free with no restocking fee. If you order the same product again and return it a second time, a 10% restocking fee applies. That's the only time you'll ever see one.
International refused or unclaimed orders If an international order is refused or goes unclaimed — unpaid duties, change of mind — we can only refund once the carrier returns it to us. In that case the original shipping charge isn't refunded and a 10% restocking fee applies. International return postage is the customer's responsibility. We say this up front so there are no surprises later.
