Shipping Policy
At YOUCANIC we know that when you order a tool, you want to get to work. We ship fast, with tracking, and we keep you in the loop from checkout to delivery. Here is exactly what to expect.
Order Processing and Cutoff
We ship daily, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be sent out the following business day.
Processing time and transit time are two different things. Processing is how long it takes us to pack and hand your order to the carrier. Transit is how long the carrier takes to deliver. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout reflects both.
Carriers and Service Options
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available carriers and service levels for your order are shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
If you prefer a specific carrier, send us an email, or reply to the order confirmation email you will get and we will do our best to fulfill with the requested carrier.
Priority and expedited services are available for most orders at an additional cost. If you need your order quickly, select the faster service at checkout and we will get it moving the same day when you order before the 2:00 PM ET cutoff.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and all available options are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. You choose the service that fits your timeline and budget. There are no surprise shipping charges after you place your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package from our door to yours. If you have an account, your tracking details are also saved in your order history.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Available destinations, carriers, and rates are shown at checkout when you enter your address.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Customs policies vary by country, so check with your local customs office or email us if you have questions before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack every order with care, but once a package is in the carrier network, delivery is in their hands. If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us right away so we can make it right.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will help you open a case with the carrier. We recommend reaching out within a reasonable window after the expected delivery date so we can resolve it quickly.
Returns
Need to return an item? You have 31 days from delivery to start a return. Our full return policy covers eligibility, condition requirements, and the process. Please review it before sending anything back.
