Bought it a year ago. Updated July 2024. used on Ford Custom 2017. solved the injector problem with the main fan. Solved 4 codes Bought video scope to check the motorbike fuels tank. And cylinders for ageing as the engine has not been started for some years. Would be good if there was a cable for my Suzuki GSX 1400. 2002 bike. thank lads

I found it to be intuitive and easy to use. The amount of detail is amazing. Looking forward to learning some of the more complex functions.

The system is spot on diagnosing issues with your vehicle saving you costly dealer fees. And if you’re not able to perform the repairs yourself then at least you will have an detailed explanation of the issues. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend this to the home mechanic. I had a few issues to sort out on my 08 volvo and this was the way to finish out my work.
I set the transmission to learn, recalibrate the ac system, sorted out my haldex AWD, got rid of my airbag warning, and cleared up a traction control issue.
Plus cleared out old codes from over the years.
It's easy to use and was in new condition.
The company is easy to work with also.

I’m waiting for my I bought one hope will save me to go to car shop every time I have massages or I need to reset the maintenance time and I help my friends for that too ;)

This is my first bi-directional scan tool that I have owned so I guess I am a novice still and have nothing to compare it to. But I did shop around and from a money stand point some of the other name brand ones were at the minimum 2x as expensive all the way up to $4000 plus. This scan tool does all that I need it to do, from reading and clearing trouble codes, to live data streams and recording. Can test sensors and motors. Can scann all systems in the car. Another great feature that I've noticed was the ability to connect it to a wifi network and be able to look up a fault code and possible causes directly on the internet. The scan tool itself is sturdy and well constructed. Nothing is flimsy. The military grade cover is a nice addition incase of accidental drops. Also the carrying case itself is sturdy and well put together. Keeps everything secure and in its place. The only thing I would suggest is that the connector is a bit short and I wish it was maybe a foot longer. Lastly there are a lot of how to tutorial videos on YouTube. As a beginner I love that the youcanic team has tutorials thar shows you how to do different things. Plus you can even get help with your codes from the YOUCANIC Team by posting the codes on youcanic /support. Other than that, great tool for the money.

Saves trips to the dealer for diagnostics and maintenance that you can do yourself. After careful consideration and research, I chose YOUCANIC and you should to! I called 4 of the big scan tool manufacturers and found the majority were all manufactured in basically the same location. However, YOUCANIC had a significantly different approach to solving malfunctions focused on the end user with how to assistance and minimizing out of pocket cost after purchase. No annual subscriptions, instant access to diagnostic reports, videos, one on one troubleshooting assistance and more. I fixed all the issues with my son’s car in a week after purchase and the cost savings covered the cost of the unit, now each additional is money in the bank. You can spend more for the same functionality so long as you pay associated fees year after year and settle for lackluster performance or you can skip that, get customer support directly from people who just want to help you get back on the road. Buy the YOUCANIC, save money, and be pleasantly surprised.

So far it does exactly what I need. The real time data is very useful. I was needing to see what wheel speed sensor was not working and viewing live wheel speed showed which sensor was not working.

Easily competes with $600+ offerings from other brands, while offering free life time updates. It's the best value I've seen from any scan tool company and the coverage is amazing. From what I understand, this uses the tried and trued foxwell scan tool software.

I purchased this scanner, but I have a vehicle I just bought after I got the scanner. I was going to use it on a 2012 BMW 3Series Sportwagon in mint condition, but that car got totaled at a repair shop. They said it fell off the service lift. While waiting for the YOUCANIC, I purchased another vehicle with a three-year warranty. I sent it back because of this. Once my warranty is up, I will repurchase this unit. It's that good, and I MUST have it for the diagnosis of my new BMW X3. I cannot live without it. It is that's simple. Now, anything that goes wrong with my Bimmer, I get it fixed free of charge for three years. After that, I'm on my own. That's when I will need the YOUCANIC! Thank you

This is my fourth scanner in a 40-year career. This is by far the easiest to use, most intuitive scanner yet. I love the Bluetooth that enables me to be anywhere in the shop. I have found issues that my other scanners miss. Great unit. I also love the free updates.

The only problem I found is if something happens like ing switch gets turned off during use you have to reboot to get out.
