Return Policy

Customers have 31 days after the delivery date to return their order for a full refund*.

*Full refund, deducting a small amount for a discounted return shipping label available upon the return request.

If the customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, they must contact YOUCANIC Support by submitting a ticket below or sending an email to support@youcanic.com within 31 days of receiving their order.

The product must be in transit within 4 days of receiving confirmation from YOUCANIC support, and the following conditions must be met for the item to be refunded:

The item must be sent back with all accessories related to the item (e.g. scanners must be returned with the packing list, user manual, and charging accessories that are included in the box.)

The item cannot be severely damaged.

A refund will be issued within 24 hours once we receive the item back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to be fully processed by your bank.

- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for your first return; however, if you reorder and return a product for a second time, we charge a 10% restocking fee.
- International Orders: If an international order is refused or not picked up, a refund will only be issued once the product is returned to us by the shipping carrier.
- Product Condition: Returned items can be open box but must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included to qualify for a full refund.
