Return Policy

  • Full Refund on First Return: We offer a 100% refund on your first return of any product.

  • Restocking Fee on Additional Returns: If you return the same product more than once (e.g., reorder and return again), a 10% restocking fee will apply on the second and subsequent returns.

  • International Orders: If an international order is refused or not picked up, a refund will only be issued once the product is returned to us by the shipping carrier.

  • Return Shipping Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Product Condition: Returned items can be open box but must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included to qualify for a full refund.
