Two Ports In The Lighter Socket: One For The Scanner, One For Your Phone.

A compact dual port car charger that runs on anything from a 12 V car to a 32 V truck. One QC 3.0 USB port for the UCAN-II Pro tablet, a phone or a GPS, and one USB-C PD port for a second device. It is the charger we recommend for keeping the scanner topped up between jobs in the car.

Charging A YOUCANIC Scanner? Use The Larger Port.

Charge the UCAN-II Pro tablet and other YOUCANIC devices from the larger USB port (the QC 3.0 port) with the scanner's own cable, not the small USB-C PD port. That is the port the scanner charges properly from.

What You Get

  • ✅ Two devices at once. Scanner on the QC 3.0 port, phone on the USB-C PD port, or any pair you like.
  • ✅ QC 3.0 fast charging for phones and tablets that support it: 5 V at 3 A, 9 V at 2 A or 12 V at 1.8 A.
  • ✅ 12 to 32 V input, so the same charger works in a car, a 24 V truck, an RV or a boat.
  • ✅ Built in protection against over current, over voltage and short circuits.
  • ✅ Small enough to leave in the socket; it does not stick out into the shifter or cup holders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which port do I use for the UCAN-II Pro?

The larger USB port, the QC 3.0 one, with the cable that came with the scanner. Do not use the small USB-C PD port for YOUCANIC devices.

Will it charge my phone fast?

On the QC 3.0 port, phones that support Quick Charge get up to 18 W (9 V at 2 A). Other phones charge at the normal 5 V rate. The PD port supplies 12 V at 1.6 A to devices that request it.

Does it work in a 24 V truck?

Yes. The input range is 12 to 32 V, so it works in cars, 24 V trucks, RVs and boats with a standard lighter socket.

Are cables included?

No. Use the cable that came with your scanner or phone.

Can I leave it in the socket?

Yes. With nothing plugged into it the draw is negligible. On cars where the socket stays live with the key off, unplug your devices rather than the charger.
