Service Functions By Job On A Cadillac

Frequently Asked Questions

Can it calibrate the electric parking brake on my Escalade or XT5 after rear pads?

Yes. Park Brake Calibration is in the Parking Brake Control Module function list, and the parking brake guide walks through the service position and the calibration. Check your year in the coverage checker first.

My Escalade sits low on one corner after an air spring. Can it reset the ride height?

Suspension Position Sensor Trim Height is in the Suspension Control Module function list, which is the routine that tells the module where level is after a strut, sensor or air spring replacement. Confirm your model year before you buy for that job.

Will it do the crankshaft variation relearn on my CTS after a crank sensor?

Yes. Crankshaft Position Variation Learn is in the engine module's Configuration/Reset Functions, and it is the routine that clears the learn required code after a sensor, chain or engine job.

Does it program keys or flash modules?

No. Programming and key work need the GM server. The UCAN-II Pro does diagnosis, live data, control functions and the configuration and reset routines listed above.
